Dental health is a very important part of maintaining the general health of our pets.  Dental cleanings and extractions (when needed) are done routinely at our animal hospital.  Most require general anesthesia.  We use an ultrasonic scaler and polish teeth after a thorough cleaning.  Dental radoigraphs are done as needed. 

Pre-anesthetic blood work is recommended prior to anesthesia.
